Apart from the skilled work force the in-house operations team of experienced Project engineers, Managers, Asst. project managers, Floor managers, Designers, Draftsmen, Quality controllers, Safety officers and Supervisors, Billing engineers, Quantity surveyors, Logistics support, Housekeeping team are deputed on full time to the projects till completion. Each project is lead by a Sr. Project Manager who Manages, Controls & Execute the project smoothly in line with the timelines of the project under the guidance of the Directors.
Our in house manufacturing facility is located at TTC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The plant is built up with a start of the art infrastructure in a area of more than 1.27 lakh sq. ft and is one of the largest manufacturing facility of furniture in the area. The plant is equipped with latest CNC techniques of fully and semi automatic machineries to manufacture huge volumes of modular and solid wood furniture of any kind. The CNC machinery installed at our plant from Germany helps us to maintain the highest quality standards at consistent level for each batch and huge volumes production. The plant is also facilitated with paint booth to finish the furniture in different wood finishes as per the client requirements.
There are various departments functioning at the plant to carry out the various processes from selection of material till final dispatch. It includes material procurement, HR, production planning and control team, machining, assembly, quality control, finishing, packaging and logistics team. The factory runs with a high skilled workforce of more than 200 carpenters. It is overall managed by one of the Director Mr. Kanaram Kularia and he visits factory on a daily basis to review the entire operations running at the factory. He is assisted by a production manager and supervisory team at each stage of production.
The finished product is then packed as per the requirement considering all safety measures to safeguard the furniture from transit damage. The packed material with care labeling and assembly instructions is then dispatched to the respective project sites at various locations of India for final assembly and installation.
